Tom has spent the past 12 years working in the education sector, delivering sport, physical activity and enrichment opportunities for children aged 3–16. Throughout his career he has developed a strong passion for helping young people stay active, build confidence and most importantly enjoy being involved in sport and play.

Sport has always been a huge part of Tom’s life. He previously played non-league football for local clubs including Newcastle Town, Kidsgrove Athletic and Leek Town, and still enjoys keeping fit and active through sports such as golf and padel.

Tom brings a wealth of experience working with children, creating fun, engaging and inclusive environments where every child can take part and enjoy themselves.

When he’s not working, Tom is kept very busy with his two young children and the family dog, Bella, who always makes sure there’s never a quiet moment at home!
