Bike Basics is a structured, hands on session designed for Early Years and KS1 pupils, giving children their first experience of balance and independent riding in a safe, supportive environment. No prior experience is needed, with sessions fully inclusive and adapted for all abilities and confidence levels. Delivered by experienced practitioners, Bike Basics supports physical development outcomes and gives every child a foundational skill they can build on for years to come.
